Terms of Service
Last updated: October 23, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WhatZap (the "Service"), operated at whatzap.chat. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Service
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must have a lawful basis and appropriate consent to message the contacts you upload.
WhatsApp Business Platform
The Service sends messages through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. You agree to comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, the WhatsApp Commerce Policy, and all applicable Meta terms. Violations may result in your WhatsApp number being rate-limited or blocked by Meta, which is outside our control.
Acceptable use
- No spam, unsolicited messaging, or messaging contacts who have not opted in.
- No unlawful, misleading, harassing, or infringing content.
- You must honour opt-out requests promptly.
Messaging fees
Meta charges conversation-based fees for WhatsApp messages. Those fees are billed by Meta according to your WhatsApp Business Account and are your responsibility.
Availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for message delivery failures caused by Meta or third parties.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the WhatsApp policies.
